Sr. Financial Analyst

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Sr. Financial Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected individual will play a vital role in our team, managing our financial data and accounting operations, and leading department staff. This role involves the collection and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, and the evaluation of our accounting and internal control systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance department operations, which includes handling accounts payable, billings, and collections, as well as payroll.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closure of the income statement and balance sheet, including account reconciliations and G/L analysis.
• Generate cash-flow reports, predicting cash requirements at weekly and monthly intervals, and manage daily cash.
• Optimize the timing for monthly billing and implement other cash management strategies to ensure timely cash collection.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the executive committee and partners.
• Assist in the creation of the annual budget and forecasts, and monitor them on a monthly basis.
• Utilize your skills in Forecasting, Forecasting & Modeling, OneStream, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel to efficiently perform your tasks. Requirements • Extensive experience in Forecasting and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Forecasting & Modeling techniques
• Expertise in using OneStream software for financial consolidation and reporting
• Familiarity with NetSuite for managing business finances
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
