Sr. Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Assists with a broad range of finance and analytical functions including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, financial analytics and reporting, profitability and utilization analysis, data management, presentation development, benchmarking, month-end close support, and various other special projects. Performs financial analysis and pro forma business case models to support service line growth and profitability initiatives. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical areas of the health system to develop and communicate analyses to assist with and drive financial, clinical, and operational strategies and insights. Partners with and develop strong relationships with internal clients throughout the organization. Manages and leads concurrent projects and multiple work streams across the organization, and prepares ad-hoc analysis requests for management in an accurate and timely manner. Creates and maintains financial business intelligence dashboards, reporting packages, etc.

Sr. Financial Analyst Additional Requirements:

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; Remote Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or other related field, or equivalent experience working in the accounting or finance field Experience:  2 years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, business management financial analytics/informatics, or other related field

Sr. Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications:

Previous healthcare financial experience preferred.
