Senior Financial Analyst
This role can be based in Atlanta, GA, Iselin, NJ, or remotely within the US. In this role you will be the Financial Analyst for the Americas Real Estate Portfolio.

Acting as the partner to the Business Controller for the Hub Americas.
Providing key insights from business operations to Management and portfolio directly leading to achievement of business results. Demonstrating comprehensive business understanding and full understanding of financial impact. You can explain and justify retrospective and future developments of your business. Supporting the planning, forecasting, and reporting process for the Hub Americas. Maintaining responsibility for financial analysis: timely delivery of reporting packages with high quality and accuracy, providing comments and alerts, including performing cost analysis against budgets and / or forecasts and variance analysis reports to allow for corrective action where necessary. Supporting the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures. Maintaining accurate and timely financials (clean books and records) including effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to SRE framework. Ensuring compliance with Siemens FRGs, IFRS and US GAAP in relation to accounting & financial reporting. Supporting the preparation of internal management reports, including presentations and other ad hoc reports as required.Basic Requirements:
Possessing a bachelor’s degree in a field such Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. MBA strongly preferred. Having expert knowledge of financial aspects and a professional background of a minimum of 10 years of related experience with responsibility in finance functions. Demonstrating solid accounting skills with ability to demonstrate an understanding & interpretation of key financial statements. Maintaining an open mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and exceptional problem-solving skills and expertise in strategic thinking, assertiveness, and adaptability. Displaying excellent ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills - strong collaboration mindset. Visionary with the ability to analyze company data to influence business decisions to support business performance. Possessing proficiency in MS Excel incl. Business Objects, SAP, Power BI, MS PowerPoint incl. ThinkCell and the ability to analyze and interpret to turn insights into actionable strategies. Demonstrating initiative with a flexible & proactive mindset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Being committed to onsite presence at least two days a week. It is expected that you will visit the Property Management Units within your area of responsibility on a regular basis. Travel required up to 25%.
