Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Houston, Texas. This role is integral to our team and will involve handling critical accounting functions, auditing, capital management, and financial modeling in our industry. Responsibilities: • Utilize business systems for efficient data management and reporting • Implement data mining techniques to analyze financial data • Oversee and manage accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and procedures • Participate in budget processes, including planning, tracking, and analysis • Contribute to capital management strategies and decisions • Use Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence tasks • Coordinate consolidations of financial data and reports • Develop and employ financial models for forecasting and decision-making purposes • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to support financial planning. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 5 years experience in the role of a Financial Analyst. • Demonstrated proficiency in business systems is essential. • Must be adept in data mining techniques. • Extensive knowledge and experience in accounting functions is required. • Proficiency in auditing is a must. • Experience in budget processes is necessary. • Capital management skills are crucial for this role. • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Power BI. • Experience in consolidations is essential. • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling is required. • Must be proficient in both budgeting and forecasting.
