Job Description

Be responsible for monthly closing for the management accounting and prepare the expense and sales reports, to support periodical financial review and variance analysis.Prepare the rolling forecast and forecast landing, identify the variance and provide insights and commentary on the current performance and finance trends.Facilitate the annual budget planning and budget model set up. Be the key contact of SAC system routine maintenance and data uploading.Strengthen Retail channel/OTC brand’s Gross-to-Net management efficiency, in terms of conducting comprehensive analytics periodically, monitoring gross-to-net KPI.Support the investment effectiveness analysis of gross-to-net from different dimensions and streamline and monitor the evaluation modeling continuously.Support gross-to-net strategy design and implementation, to achieve business financial objectives and identifying improvement opportunities.To play as an integrated role of commercial finance and channel finance, connect closely from gross-to-net strategies to financial Order-to-Cash booking. Active player in key projects in driving China net revenue optimization forward and finance automation.

Background Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, ScienceManagement Trainee preferredA minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work experience in MNC, experience in statistics and business modeling preferred.Advance Microsoft Office user (Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI etc.)Good interpersonal communication skillsTeam player and quick learner
