Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions. Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze job costs, including labor, materials, and overhead. Prepare and maintain job cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with project managers to review job cost performance and provide financial insights. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., COINS, SAP, Oracle, Onestream etc). Experience with Microsoft Power Bi a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical Contractor Industry related background preferred.

Compensation Range:   $80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
