This is a Temp to Hire hybrid role and requires 3 days onsite at client facility in Brea. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for accurate calculation of monthly variable compensation, and related reporting to the sales force. + Assist in creating and maintain report for the senior management to provide information of overall company performance + Setting up annual compensation statements and ensuring that quota is maintained in BI for accurate reporting. + Providing information and empowering other users in analytical reporting within finance and the sales (eg: DSO) and marketing functions (eg: KOL, SSC) **Qualifications:** + Knowledge of variable compensation + 3+ years of Financial Analyst Experience + SAP Business Intelligence (BI-Business Analytics for SAP) + Advaned proficiency using MS Excel + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and or related field + Detailed orientated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately. **Perks:** + Pay starting at $50-$53 per hour + Weekly paycheck + Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Bonus incentives offered for referrals + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $53.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
