Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen. **Your Role on Our Team** Milwaukee Tool is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst with 3 -5 years’ experience to join our FP&A Team. This position partners closely with our Talent & Facilities Org, providing in depth financial support ranging from Budgeting, Forecasting & Actuals Review, to developing new financial processes. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical thinking capabilities and be able to multitask, prioritize, and proactively provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. **You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** + Work with administrative department leaders (Talent, Facilities, IT, Legal, etc.) to investigate and determine root cause of monthly financial variances. + Deliver consistent, timely, and accurate month-end close including journal entries and managing monthly accruals. + Assist in preparation of annual operating budget and monthly variance analysis reports. + Analyze and support the timely creation of meaningful ad hoc “what-if” financial analysis. + Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to provide meaningful information to internal customers. + Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement.
