**Position Overview**
The Sr FP&A Analyst is a key finance business partner to the revenue support organization and system administration of FP&A systems.
**Essential Job Functions**
+ Partner with the Director of Finance on revenue forecasting process
+ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting processes, providing insights into performance and trends
+ Administer and optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other business platforms such as Oracle and BI
+ Lead each forecast cycle’s submission into J&J corporate system
+ Participate in ad-hoc projects, systems upgrade and implementation
**Qualifications - External**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in combination FP&A, Finance or Accounting role
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables
+ Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive
+ Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
+ Demonstrated ability to business partner cross-functionally
+ Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
+ Team player with strong work ethic
**Pay Transparency:**
+ The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,000 - $142,600
+ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
