We are seeking a Sr. Financial Coordinator focusing on Expense to join the finance team to manage and optimize the expense management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a deep understanding of financial modeling, cost control, and strategic financial planning.

The Sr. Financial Coordinator- Expense Management will play a critical role in analyzing, forecasting, and controlling the company's expenses across various departments. The role involves detailed financial reporting, cost analysis, and budget development, as well as supporting decision-making at senior management levels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, expense tracking, and reporting, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Expense Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze operating expenses across multiple business units to provide actionable insights and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports for senior management, highlighting variances, trends, and key drivers.Collaborate with department heads to understand expense drivers and improve budget accuracy.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring expenses are properly forecasted, monitored, and aligned with company goals.Regularly update and refine forecasts to reflect changing business conditions and economic factors.Provide detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted expenses, identifying areas for improvement.

Expense Control and Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to manage and control operational expenses, ensuring alignment with budget targets.Propose recommendations for reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency without compromising quality or service.

Financial Modeling and Analysis:

Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of proposed cost-saving initiatives or new business strategies on overall expenses.Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity tests to evaluate potential financial outcomes of strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Operations, HR, and IT, to track and manage expenses.Provide financial expertise and guidance to non-financial managers, helping them understand the financial implications of their decisions.

Process Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of expense management.Automate and streamline reporting procedures to reduce manual efforts and improve data accuracy.

Compliance and Controls:
