Job Description:

The Senior Financial Operations Specialist-Corporate Clinic Accounts Receivable, takes on the role of Financial Custodian and Co-Pilot for the business. As Custodian, Finance plays a critical role to create and maintain a controlled environment for the business to help maintain its financial integrity. As Co-Pilot, Finance plays an active role in helping set the strategic direction of the business as well as providing decision-making support to deliver financial commitments and improve overall business performance. 

What are we looking for:Ensuring the customer’s accounts are accurate and all risks are being assessedFrequent and organized meetings with customers and sales teams to ensure the accounts are managed in accordance with termsFollow up on collectible items and managing the financial relationship with our customers

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable work is focused on administering, designing, and ensuring compliance with accounts receivable processes including:

Invoice generation based on purchase orders (including applicable discounts)

Verification of customer credit approval and applicable payment terms

Payment processing and application to customer balances in the accounts receivable ledger, including reconciliation of cash payments

Accounts receivable age analysis and reporting

May include collections activities
