Sr. Functional Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud Applications

Leads the analysis and design in the **HCM area (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management and Learning)** , close cooperation with the HRIT team members and the HR business teams
+ Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle HCM Cloud module requirements and integrates requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designs processes and prepares the solution Blueprint for project implementation
Responsibilities
+ Serve as a functional analyst in configuration and/or maintenance of various Oracle modules (HCM, ORC and Talent Management)
+ Understand data structures and table relationships to build, maintain and/or troubleshoot queries, reports, or integrations.
+ Work collaboratively with team to design highly complex business processes in systems configuration activities including building, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
+ Work with the technical team to translate the business requirements to technical requirements and coordinate with the technical teams to obtain the desired functionality, including reporting and system interfaces.
+ Assist in identification of opportunities for implementation of new features or features not currently in use, make recommendations and work with end-users to implement features or changes to improve efficiency.
+ Assist in writing test-plans/scripts and assist with testing of configurations as well as training of end-users.
+ Create/maintain Oracle system/application documentation (requirements, processes, and procedures).
+ Provide end user support and troubleshooting for issues related to Oracle HCM/ORC system, including writing and running reports to query data from Oracle and analyze as needed.
+ Participate in periodic Oracle change control meetings.
+ Provide Oracle product support to all functional business areas.
+ Strong understanding of Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Redwood framework.
+ Lead and guide teams in Quarterly Upgrade processes.
**Qualifications** :
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
+ Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Must have at least 3 ORC Implementation experience with emphasis on Journeys and, ORC Application flows.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes.
+ Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.
+ Must be able to lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions.
+ Demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, with emphasis on HCM Core and ORC modules.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
+ Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.
+ Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
+ Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
+ Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
+ Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Third Party systems name) and applicant tracking systems.
+ Project management experience or certification (PMP, Prince2).
