Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Generative AI Engineer with strong experience in building Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing GPT-based solutions for internal customer-facing applications. In this role, you will leverage Azure's suite of cloud services to build and deploy sophisticated AI models that will drive key insights from internal customer data. Your expertise in GPT prompting, LLMs, and Azure Services will be crucial in delivering innovative and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - AI Model Development: Build and train custom LLMs from scratch, leveraging both existing models and custom-built architectures to meet business requirements. - GPT Prompting Expertise: Design and optimize prompts for GPT models to ensure accurate, relevant, and high-quality responses in internal customer-facing applications. - Azure Services Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Azure cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks) to build, deploy, and scale AI models effectively. - Data Integration: Work closely with data engineering teams to understand customer data, integrate data sources, and ensure models are trained on high-quality, relevant datasets. - Model Tuning and Optimization: Implement best practices for fine-tuning and optimizing models, improving performance, and minimizing latency, while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and data scientists to understand project requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of model architectures, training processes, and prompt designs. Present findings and model performance to internal stakeholders regularly. - Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and Azure platform updates, incorporating new methodologies and technologies into your work. Skills and Requirements - Proven Experience with GPT and LLMs: Strong experience in developing, fine-tuning, and prompting GPT models, including building custom prompts to drive business-specific responses. - Azure Cloud Services Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks for model deployment, management, and scaling. - Machine Learning Model Building: Solid experience in building AI/ML models from scratch using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP). - Data Preparation and Preprocessing: Ability to clean, preprocess, and manipulate large datasets for training AI models, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, etc. - Cloud Infrastructure Management: Experience working with cloud infrastructure and automation tools for model deployment and scaling on Azure. - Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges in model performance, prompt design, and data quality. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Azure Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or other relevant certifications. - Experience with Azure Cognitive Services: Hands-on experience working with pre-built AI services in Azure for text, speech, or vision applications. - Industry Experience: Experience building GPT or similar AI applications for customer service, support, or CRM-based solutions. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
