These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.** + **Work closely with suppliers to source sustainable materials and promote environmentally responsible practices.** + **Develop and implement sustainability strategies for PCB manufacturing processes and DFM.** + **Lead initiatives to optimize PCB manufacturing processes for sustainability, including waste minimization and resource efficiency.** + **Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable practices into DFM guidelines.** + **Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PCB process and DFM sustainability.** + **Identify, evaluate, and implement eco-friendly materials and sustainable manufacturing processes.** + **Unafraid to challenge the status quo and persistently advocate for sustainable practices, driving change in an industry resistant to innovation.** **Key Qualifications** **For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:** + **Minimum of 8 years of experience in PCB design, manufacturing, or sustainability with a focus on PCB process and DFM.** + **Familiarity with PCB/FPC process & SMT/Wave soldering/Assembly process.** + **Strong knowledge of PCB/PWA related IPC standards.** + **Good project management and organizational skills.** + **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.** + **Good oral and written English skills.** + **Willingness to proactively seek out and to travel nationally/internationally to attend conferences and trade shows for identifying new technologies.** **Education** **Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.** + **\#LI-LZ1** **/51SZ/LP**
