Sr. Graphic Designer
About the Role As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a cornerstone of the creative team, shaping the visual language of our brand across all channels. You will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact designs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including management executive team, marketing, and content. Your work will help drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty through bold, thoughtful, and strategic design. Key Responsibilities •    Own and execute creative projects from concept to delivery. Lead visual direction, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and motion platforms. •    Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across touchpoints. •    Work with top management, content creators, operation teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets. •    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively with stakeholders. •    Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table. •    Review and polish all final assets for accuracy, quality, and alignment with objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Fine or Applied Arts or a related subject. •    5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work (print, branding, social media, presentations and web). •    Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Microsoft Office, and other design tools. •    Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, brand development and logo design. •    Basic knowledge or experience in 3D design is a plus. •    Experience with motion graphics (After Effects and Premiere) is a big plus. •    Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E, or similar platforms is a plus. •    Excellent time management, organisational, and presentation skills. •    Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. •    Passion for storytelling through design and a keen eye for detail. Preferred Experience •    Agency background or experience working across multiple brands. •    Deep knowledge of print production processes, including preparing files for various printing methods (offset, digital, screen, etc.), selecting appropriate materials/finishes, and ensuring colour accuracy and print quality. •    Experience in creative production process for branding materials production and events, social media campaigns.   Powered by JazzHR
