Sr. Growth Manager , Partner Growth Marketing
Fire TV is the world's most popular streaming media player family, and we are seeking an experienced marketing manager to help further fuel our subscription growth efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Fire TV growth across a variety of streaming apps, while also championing retention initiatives.

In this position, you'll need to demonstrate a unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You'll be tasked with planning and managing Amazon-led events and promoting offers to drive growth. Additionally, you'll partner with the retention team to build distinct strategies to help with customer retention efforts, recognizing its significant impact on net growth. This dual approach will require you to balance initiatives that attract new customers with those that foster loyalty among existing ones.

Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with streaming app partners, crafting joint marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to expand Fire TV's reach in the competitive streaming landscape. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, business development, business intelligence, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your initiatives.

Data analysis and performance measurement will be crucial aspects of your role. You'll establish key performance indicators, implement tracking systems, and continuously optimize your strategies based on insights derived from user behavior and market trends. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans will be essential for success.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of Fire TV existing and potential customers, as well as streaming video market segments, continually assessing the global landscape and emerging industry trends.
* Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, global strategy, roadmap and metrics required to deliver a best-in-class campaigns.
* Help execute end-to-end development starting from business case approval, leading into defining detailed product/customer requirements, working with tech to build functionalities, identifying target content providers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to own and launch robust go-to-market offer plans.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, business development, data science, engineering, design, legal, finance, customer service, and operations teams to deliver modeling, roadmap, breakthrough marketing, and business goals.
* Work closely with global cross-functional teams to model, track and report performance.
* Develop and execute test and learn plans (copy, creative, targeting) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of campaigns, reporting broadly, including providing status updates and regular senior leadership
* Help analyze user engagement trends across partners to identify at-risk customer cohorts and develop data-driven retention campaigns.

About the team
The Fire TV Brand and Integrated Marketing team oversees brand marketing, manages owned marketing channels, ideates and executes full-funnel 360 degree marketing campaigns, and manages the marketing and growth relationships with streaming partners.
