Join the WWSO (World Wide Specialist Organization) as a Generative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) Go-to-Market (GtM) Specialist! As a Generative AI/ML Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption and revenue growth for Amazon Web Service's (AWS) cutting-edge Generative AI services. Your role will involve looking at industry trends, customer priorities, AWS Service capabilities to design, plan and execute GTM programs that lead to our customers adopting AWS Generative AI solutions to solve some of their most strategic problems.

You will own the full-cycle GTM programs, from identifying market-making opportunities, working with Field and Service teams to execute them.
You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of AWS's Generative AI services and relevant cross-functional areas. You will articulate AWS’ Gen AI strategy and the services we offer to accelerate these workloads. You will conduct executive conversations on the transformational possibilities of generative AI and data, while also helping our customers navigate which services to evaluate for their use-cases. You will describe the “why” and “what” of generative AI use case and technical solutions, with the detailed “how” being provided by solution architects.

Key job responsibilities
- Accelerate customer adoption by defining and implementing tech domain specific GTM strategies within your assign industry vertical and technology domain.
- Build and innovate: Co-Develop GTM motions on new product launches and work with product teams on the creation of innovative new services.
- Partner with the world’s biggest system integrators to deliver on customer projects.
- Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and Gen AI use cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously strengthen AWS's Gen AI value proposition
- Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and enhance the customer experience
- Drives conversations to build credibility and earn trust with the account teams and customers.

A day in the life
Within WWSO, this position is a part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for AWS’ GenAI and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning services for US strategic customers. We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the “first in” teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions. When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them to build and deliver what they need.
