As the Senior Hardware Engineering Manager, you will work with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to design and develop innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution and test.

Key job responsibilities
The role will manage the electronic and system engineering teams which are responsible for the engineering development of our products. You will manage the recruitment, selection and retention of the team as we continue to grow our business. You and your team will engage closely with other development teams during the initial development phases and you will have responsibility for engineering on all products once launched. You are ultimately accountable for hardware performance and quality, working alongside with the operations, support, and quality teams. Your team will continue to develop and enhance the product once launched to further improve quality and performance.

Design and implement strategies to organize Hardware Engineering Group to ensure maximum output
Monitor and prepare reports for all R&D activities associated with Hardware development.
Prepare Hardware schedules for various development projects.
Develop and implement strategies to improve products for better yield and reliability.
Collaborate with Engineering Department to transform new product design into mass production.
Provide assistance to Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality departments and prepare reports for any defects.
Coordinated with internal departments and leadership to ensure efficiency.
Analyze and resolve interdepartmental issues, respond to queries and ensure completion within time frame. Coordinate with various suppliers as required.
Design innovative circuits, update documentation and analyze all new designed products.
Supervise various projects implementation and report development to senior executives.
Train engineer and technicians regarding product design, innovations and testing.
