You will collaborate closely with the Distribution and Sales Marketing Vice Presidents and their leadership teams, providing strategic and tactical guidance on organizational issues and HR solutions to enhance business performance and effectiveness. You will lead the Distribution HR team and offer direct HR support for all employees within the Sales Marketing and Supply Chain organization. This position will have oversight of union and non-union facilities and report to the Vice President of HR Operations. Compensation:This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $129,200 to $193,900 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target
