Weyerhaeuser Company is searching for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for our Western Timberlands organization, primarily supporting our Oregon operations including regional and area operating teams. The role may also include functional responsibilities across all WTL, as well as cross-business assistance with the wood products locations in the region. In this role, the Sr. HRBP will be tasked with gaining a fundamental understanding of the business and building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, managing a variety of complex HR tasks, both specific to Timberlands and companywide initiatives. The Sr. HRBP will be involved in a variety of business aspects including performance management, leave administration, talent and succession planning, compensation, organization design, and labor/employee relations. This role functions as a strategic partner on the Timberlands regional leadership teams and is part of a collaborative network of HR professionals supporting our Timberlands business.
Reporting to the Western Timberlands HR Director, this role is based in our Eugene, OR Timberlands office, or a mutually agreeable Timberlands office centrally located in our Oregon Timberlands operations.
Location: This role is based out of Eugene, OR and supports our Western Timberlands operations across Oregon (Coos Bay to Molalla) so candidate must be mobile for regular day travel to visit operations within that zone as needed. Occasional overnight travel to other areas across Western Timberlands for various meetings is also required, typically Vancouver WA, Longview or Seattle, WA.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $95,000 to $142,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
