As an Analytics Partner (Senior HR Data Analyst), you will help Global HR and/or COE leaders discover actionable people insights that drive business outcomes. A significant percentage of your time will be spent consulting with stakeholders and sharing your HR expertise to connect data across the employee life cycle. You will help translate business needs into insights and build easily understood reporting solutions. You will also partner closely with our data scientists to help HR and the business answer key questions related to people and talent strategy.

Core Responsibilities:Serve in a consultative role to bridge the gap between HR data and insights, enabling HR to solve problems and make data driven decisions.Translate business needs and opportunities into clear, actionable insights across dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategic decisions.Bring structure to business questions and independently drive analytical projects from scoping to delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions that meet business needs while promoting consistency and global standardization.Design, refine, and validate dashboards and reporting to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.Analyze historical and current data to surface trends, insights, and predictive opportunities.Ensure data quality and accuracy; review and validate work produced by peers.Prepare and present insights in a clear, compelling story tailored to stakeholders.Foster strong collaboration within the HR D&A team and across internal partners, sharing best practices, aligning on standards, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:
RequiredBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Economics, HR, Psychology, or similar) or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in analytics or HRDemonstrated ability to consult with business stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and insightsHands-on experience working with HR data and systems (e.g., HRIS/HCM, ATS, Talent systems) and understanding of the employee lifecycleStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots) and experience validating data accuracy and qualityProven ability to synthesize findings into a clear narrative and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across HR, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholdersPreferredPrevious People Analytics or HR Analytics experienceProficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)Familiarity with employee lifecycle analytics (talent acquisition, engagement, retention, workforce planning)Experience supporting or building standardized reporting frameworks & KPI definitionsKnowledge of data privacy, governance, and reporting best practices in HR contextConsulting or stakeholder-facing experience in a matrixed or global organizationExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
