Job Summary: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00
