Description
Job Summary: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment. This role involves working closely with employees and management to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement policies that promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive work environment.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support employee well-being and organizational goals.
Mediation: Act as a mediator in disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on conflict resolution, communication, and other relevant topics.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and resolutions.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance and feedback to managers and employees.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00
