Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner in Japan

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner who can be the trusted partner to the senior leaders in Japan.  In this position, you will partner with Japan leadership team to enable strategic business initiatives.  Working with our Centers of Excellence, you will translate business strategy into Talent strategy.  Join us on our journey as we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions.

What you will do:

Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives.Help the organization grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organization performance, provide strategic counsel to leadership and deploy actions to help resolve gaps in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching and employee relations.Working with COE team, evolve and embed talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement.You will partner with our HR COE’s (e.g. total rewards/benefits, talent acquisition, talent and org development, communications) in support of HR programs, projects and activities and serve as the liaison for the site employee population ensuring a high quality level of service is provided.Develop and lead Japan HR Business Partner team, contribute to the HR transformation underway
