Job Description
Plan, develop and implement HR policies, programs and processes re talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and employee relationsAs strategic partner to business, assess business needs, develop HR strategies, coach and advice managers and business leaders resulting HR solutions to maximize organizational effectivenessServe as point in contact representing HR organization and drive organization & business growth in line with Company HR strategies and regulationsManage end to end HR programs, and lead HR process enhancement in Korea partnering with HR CoE (Center of Excellence) to improve HR service standardEnsure HR compliance in line with Company policies and local labor lawLead HR project implementation in Korea and manage changes effectivelyProvide expert consultative and problem-solving advice to managers, employees and other functions regarding HR policies, programs and other ER areasCollaborate with managers and CE team to develop training programs that address current and future skill gaps in the organizationEvaluate and select appropriate training resources, methods, and technologiesIdentify and cultivate leadership talent within the organization through mentoring and coaching initiativesDesign and execute leadership training programs to prepare high-potential employees for greater responsibilitiesWork with leadership team to identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure seamless transitionsConduct career assessments and provide guidance to employees to support their professional growthCollaborate with Total Rewards team to design and manage competitive salary structures that align with the organization's strategic goals and market conditionsDevelop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perksEvaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to meet the diverse needs of employeesCommunicate Total Rewards programs to employees clearly and effectively, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the full value of their compensation and benefits.Stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelinesProvide insights and reports to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities related to Total Rewards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required. Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or other major is a plus10+ years’ experience as HR Professional working hands-on with back office functions and as HR adviser for managersGood technical knowledge of labor laws, management and HR FunctionsOrganization awareness; perceptive in interpreting interactions among individuals and groups within the matrix structure and a proven ability to work with, inspire and create consensus with a group to cooperatively achieve a common goalStrong ability to building solid relationships with the business and provide a “collaborative” approach to partnering with all levels in the organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
