• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, communication, or relevant fields.
• At least five (5) years of experience in human resources and at least three (3) years in supervisory role.
• Familiar with human resources practices and regulations doing HR functional work which are but not limited to talent acquisition, employer branding and communications, training, organizational development and management, and employee relations and engagement.
• Proactive, self-managed, results and customer oriented, and team player.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other people.
