A. Team Management
● Supervise and lead a team of HR professionals, including HR supervisors and specialists
● Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and
development.
B. Employee Relations and Engagement
● Administers HR programs, policies, and procedures, including employee Code of Conduct updates,
policy dissemination, and compliance monitoring
● Serves as a trusted advisor and mediator in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution,
disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
● Releases necessary HR memos for internal and external matters (i.e. notice to explain, warning memos – grievances/offenses, disciplinary actions, addendums, and amendments).
● Oversees and facilitates Employee Programs projects aimed to promote camaraderie, including
rewards and recognition across the organization.
C. Filing / Records Management
● Monitors updates of 201 files.
● Updates employee masterlist (database) and online directory.
● Safekeeps other HR-related records (i.e. HMO, Job portals, budgets, and etc.).
