Highlights of your role Provide mentorship and counsel to the HR team, developing team members and maintaining cohesion and consistency across the team. Proactively address employee complaints/concerns in a confidential and appropriately urgent manner, providing resolution of employee relations issues Manage and support programs and events designed to improve workplace culture, positively impacting recruitment and retention. Ensure efforts around employee recruitment and retention are performed to expectations and meet business needs Coordinate HR manners including unemployment claims, WSI, accommodations, work restrictions, and return to works  You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of in a Human Resources Business Partner role preferred Professional certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, etc.)  Also want to make sure you have Ability to manage information with integrity and confidentiality Ability to work successfully as both an independent contributor and team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong digital literacy  We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
