As a Senior HR Business Partner, you must be able to straddle both the strategic and tactical worlds as we grow as a company. With your strategic view, you will consult with your clients on organizational, team, cultural, change management and leadership development issues. You will develop and execute a talent strategy that is aligned with the business strategy, while also collaborating to develop and implement effective HR programs. On the tactical side, you will be expected to improve HR processes as well as manage employee relations issues and coach leadership. Your strong influencing and communication skills will help you meet the challenges and complexities of our global environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
Provide global HRBP leadership for assigned business functions working closely with the business leaders and HR partners (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
Provide guidance and input on business unit strategy, restructures, workforce planning, leadership, etc.
Develop and/or implement HR programs and initiatives that align to business strategy
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Analyze trends and metrics in the development of solutions, programs and policies
Manager employee relations and resolve employee relations issues .
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
10+ years of progressive HR related roles, with 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting global organizations
Understanding of Sales organizations and processes.
Proven track record of proactively identifying and developing interventions that have contributed to the success of a business.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive relationships, even in challenging situations
Experience managing and resolving employee relation issues.
Competency across multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, employment law, diversity, performance management, employment laws, etc.
Demonstrated experience influencing and using conflict management skills
Prior experience successfully managing projects and processes through full lifecycle (design, develop, implement) and deliver impactful results
• Competence in data analysis and metrics to support decision making
• Strong consultative, communication, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
