Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Consulting

The High-Level Overview:  This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties. I am responsible for supporting the company by administering various HR needs and supporting our Sr. HR Generalist and clients. The HR Generalist directly supports the Senior HR Generalist in executing HR-related issues and business practices for the HRx team and client partners.  The HR Generalist will support the HRx team and client partners on HR-related issues while you work from your home office; the candidate must be live and work to support our Colorado clients for occasional meetings/travel.   Compensation : The range we have identified for this position is $65- $75K HOURS :  Full-Time - Exempt How You Will Do It Human Resources • Supports and consults with HRx clients by assessing and responding to high-level human resources issues, including employee misconduct, harassment, and discrimination investigations, and understands compliance requirements and client business needs and services. • Facilitates compensation and benefits administration, employee development, training, and performance management with clients. • Collaborate with client leaders to support developing and implementing employee life cycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, management, and offboarding) strategies. • Assesses and helps leaders and managers understand and administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs necessary for the client’s business success. Client & Project Management • Conferring with HRx clients to determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Responsible for defining, developing, or modifying new and existing client project plans (both monthly and annually). • Monitor the project throughout life cycles while maintaining positive client expectations and meeting predetermined deadlines. • Reports regularly to client status updates and project deliverables and internally communicates with HRx team members. • Assign HRx team members to specific tasks and projects to achieve client deliverability. • Direct and assign activities to the HRx support staff in researching, designing, developing, and implementing products on compensation, compliance, and client partner-specific projects.   What to expect? + 1st 30 days - Understand HRx Services, learn internal processes & procedures + In the next 60 days - Client & Client Management will begin to answer “Ask the HR expert” calls and emails under the guidance of senior team members. + 90 days - Full Project management, some Client engagement, provide HR Expert Services, Review work of HRx Specialist Travel Expectations: Occasional travel is local to Colorado and monthly to HRx team meetings in Loveland, CO. Qualifications + PHR/SHRM-CP and/or aPHR certification is desired but needs to be obtained within one year of hire. + At least Five years of HR Generalist, recruiting, benefit, or generalist experience. + At least three years of experience working in a client partner-facing role is preferred. + At least five years of experience working in a position is required to understand and apply Federal & Colorado employment law. + Skills to identify compliance concerns and risks and relate best-practice information to others. + Proficient understanding of basic principles in human resources and how to apply them in specific situations. + Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired. + Hands-on experience working with vendors and implementing HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or ATS technology tools. + Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and task prioritization. + Office skills include strong typing/keyboarding and using basic office machines. + Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required. + Prior ClickUp or similar project management software skills are highly desired. + General computer technical understanding and troubleshooting are helpful.  Compensation and Benefits HRx is a small, growing, and emerging company finishing our 6th year of business.
