ValidaTek will be hiring a Sr. Manager of Human Resources. This manager will have responsibility for employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and training. As a key leader in our organization, the Sr. Manager will oversee critical programs such as company culture and employee retention, performance management, and corporate citizenship. Other areas of responsibility include onboarding and offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, annual reviews, and compensation changes.
QualificationsIf you are ready for this challenge, candidates must have the following:
8+ years of well-rounded generalist experience with at least three years managing a team. Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and demonstrated hands-on experience within all areas of HR. Skillsets in compensation and benefits and the development of job architectures and compensation programs are preferred.5+ years of current experience in a government contracting environment.Demonstrated success as a confidante and influencer of leadership and managers.Demonstrated success creating and rolling out programs targeted at improving the employment experience and affecting high retention rates of talent.Knowledge of the ever-changing landscape of employment laws, regulations, and compliance, particularly with OFCCP audits. Candidates with their SPHR or equivalent certifications are preferred, but not required.Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable speaking in front of leadership and employee forums.Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $95,577.60/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $159,296.00/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
