Sr. Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee Human Resources activities across the Middle East and African region. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategy, managing talent, and leading organizational development across multiple countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Lead and manage HR functions across the Middle East and Africa area, ensuring alignment with company policies, local regulations, and corporate objectives.Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations of the business.Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.Lead HR integration efforts for acquired business, ensuring smooth cultural and operational integration with a focus on maintaining company values and high performance.Manage changes effectively during periods of organizational transformation, acquisitions, or restructures.Provide strategic HR insights and guidance to senior leadership to enhance business performance and employee engagement.Support local teams in employee relations and conflict resolution while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talents.Ensure timely and effective resolution of HR issues, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational success.Ensure successful local implementation and execution of regional and global HR projects and initiatives.

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related descipline.

MANAGEMENT:

HR Team (all based in Saudi)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record in HR management in MNC, preferably in manufacturing industry. Experience working for US public companies a plus.Solid experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) with a focus on cultural and HR integration.Demonstrated ability to manage HR activities across multiple countries (in particular UAE and Saudi) with knowledge of local labor laws, cultural differences, and HR practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Arabic.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and guide senior management on HR-related matters.
