Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $75/hourLocation: Pecos, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: 9/80, hybrid 3/2Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401K, Holidays and PTO Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of electrical and instrumentation systems within oil production well sites
Contribute to the safe, efficient, and compliant installation of these critical systems
Collaborating closely with a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, you will ensure that all work adheres to relevant regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed plans for electrical and instrumentation systems
Ensure alignment with project objectives, safety guidelines, and operational requirements
Supervise installation activities, including cable laying, equipment mounting, and wiring
Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules
Implement safety protocols and best practices during installation
Verify compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and contractors to resolve technical challenges
Foster effective communication within the project team
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction preferred, or commensurate years of experienceExperience in electrical and instrumentation construction within the oil and gas industryFamiliarity with relevant codes and standards (NEC, API, etc.)Proficiency in system design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.)Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent teamwork and communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent required
