Reporting to the Manager, Identity and Access Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing Ascension’s identity services and platforms. **Responsibilities:** + Leads review of, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of IAM processes, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts + Identifies outdated access control processes and makes recommendations to automate, modernize and strengthen IAM security + Research and recommend approaches for projects and other system administration tasks + Participate in projects as Access Administration SME + Assists with audits and compliance reviews including internal and external audit + Documentation procedures, policies, and controls + Organizing and making documentation easily accessible + Ensuring content quality through editing and analysis + Researches end-user problems and provides accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner + Advises management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks + Leading and organizing project team meetings using Agile methodology and processes **Qualifications** + 5 or more years of experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment with dedicated security administration and security management functions. + Experience in IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC + In depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW products + Experience crafting identity lifecycle event flows such as Joiner / Mover / Leaver and access certifications with enterprise IAM / IGA tools. + Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory + Previous team lead/management experience in the security administration/IAM/security operations area a plus. + Demonstrated ability to manage projects and project teams using Agile methodology. + Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills. + Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IAM workflows and automation using industry best practice concepts. + Knowledge of and experience with AD administration and IAM systems + Knowledge of ITIL processes + Periodic on-call support after hours and weekends **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. \#LI-remote #ascensiontechnologies **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
