Sr. IAM Analyst

Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the talent engine that is modernizing Identity and Access Management functions with the latest technologies. Reporting to the Manager, Identity and Access Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing Ascension’s identity services and platforms. **Responsibilities:** + Leads review of, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of IAM processes, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts + Identifies outdated access control processes and makes recommendations to automate, modernize and strengthen IAM security + Research and recommend approaches for projects and other system administration tasks + Participate in projects as Access Administration SME + Assists with audits and compliance reviews including internal and external audit + Documentation procedures, policies, and controls + Organizing and making documentation easily accessible + Ensuring content quality through editing and analysis + Researches end-user problems and provides accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner + Advises management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks + Leading and organizing project team meetings using Agile methodology and processes **Qualifications** + 5 or more years of experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment with dedicated security administration and security management functions. + Experience in IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC + In depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW products + Experience crafting identity lifecycle event flows such as Joiner / Mover / Leaver and access certifications with enterprise IAM / IGA tools. + Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory + Previous team lead/management experience in the security administration/IAM/security operations area a plus. + Demonstrated ability to manage projects and project teams using Agile methodology. + Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills. + Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IAM workflows and automation using industry best practice concepts. + Knowledge of and experience with AD administration and IAM systems + Knowledge of ITIL processes + Periodic on-call support after hours and weekends **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. \#LI-remote #ascensiontechnologies **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
