The Senior Implementation Consultant, Commercial Solutions Implementations position is an individual contributor responsible for leading complex implementations of Visa Commercial Solutions services with financial institutions and fintech partners in North America.  The position is an advanced level and is responsible for program management of complex virtual card implementations and launch of new or complex Visa Commercial Solutions programs. The individual will coordinate with multiple internal teams to develop and manage project materials, lead issuer project meetings and presentations, and provide regular updates to issuer/fintech and internal leadership teams on project status.  The Senior Implementation Consultant will also provide guidance and expertise, based on complete understanding of client business needs and project scope.  A significant portion of this role will involve developing clear and professional external documentation and internal workflow processes.

The position requires a high level of interaction and collaboration with business and technical leaders across the company, serving as a subject matter expert to clients and internal teams.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or at least 3years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

Essential Functions

Program management of complex Visa Commercial Solutions B2B (virtual payments and travel) product implementations using Project Management Methodology best practices and skillsLead the end-to-end implementation process for virtual card solutions, ensuring timely and successful deliveryLead activities supporting implementation and launch of Visa CommercialSolutions applications and platforms, including establishing clear project plans, status and expectation setting for technical migration activitiesProvide consulting and technical expertise to structure an effective implementationConsult with clients to understand business use case and fully developSolution document, detailing the requirements and implementation approach requiredContinuously monitor progress, customer feedback, and provide status updates and project milestones to the project team, senior management, the client, and banking partners, via weekly or other progress reporting, and by managing status meetingsPrepare and maintain detailed project plans with risk/mitigation plans and issue logs to track and enhance external and internal communicationsProactively manage customer engagements, coordinating with leadership and account relationship teams to manage escalations and resolve issuesCreate and maintain necessary internal and external implementation documentation and forms.Proactively identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and/or efficiencyRequire minimum guidance on execution, be responsible for own work assignments and take the initiative to resolve issues and meet deadlinesResponsible for accurately recording project progression within a CRM system

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120900 to 175400 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
