Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Operations Analyst to join our Implementation department!
The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst is a highly motivated professional with at least 5 years successful implementation experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint. Experience with CRM, Smartsheet, NCRx, 3D and various reporting tools are a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret data is required. Business writing experience is a plus. Ability to plan, organize and focus on details is critical. The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst must have strong relationship skills to be able to interact with key operating departments related to growth, business development and operational compliance. The Senior Implementation Operations Analyst will work with internal partners to develop and maintain all aspects of the Implementation process. These tasks include leading, developing and enhancing implementation processes, tools, systems, and maintenance.

Develop and deliver to defined department roadmapMaintain robust project planCreate and maintain implementation tools including all systems and training materialsDesign, manage and maintain executive-level reportingDevelop and provide ongoing training to Implementation TeamReport team metrics including but not limited to the following - Performance Guarantee, weekly client status report, Pre and Post Go Live Client Status report, Post Go Live issue resolution ManagementWork with end users to understand needs, make recommendations, and incorporate processes (workflows, tasks, and dashboards) while establishing consistencyIdentify key metrics to monitor the compliance and accuracy of the process, establishing oversight methods that are operationally efficient and effectiveFinalist Meeting Documentation/ Material/Training and AssignmentsOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
