The role will focus on providing guidance to InfoSec control owners, process owners and cross-functional teams in the design, implementation and monitoring of security controls. The role will also support the annual risk assessment process and also be responsible for the implementation of new controls, mapping of existing controls and aligning controls to select industry frameworks. This role requires an understanding of Information Security standards, control frameworks, control design and testing concepts, and the ability to communicate and coordinate across teams. Your Impact As Sr. Info Security Analyst your responsibilities would consist: Support control testing and compliance activities within InfoSec, ensuring alignment with Quarterly and Annual timelines Plan, communicate and coordinate control activities, timelines and testing Support risk assessment process and maintain control activities and documentation of processes and mapping control objectives and attributes Create and maintain reports and provide regular metrics related to control effectiveness Collaborate with various stakeholders in managing control lifecycle, including updates, quarterly testing, and reporting activities Provide support to process owners on controls, control activities and Information Security Policy and Standards Support risk assessments and security control initiatives Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent) is required Experience 3+ years of experience in Controls or Cybersecurity role preferred The candidate needs to have experience working in a global environment Ability to effectively communicate across teams, business partners and employees at all levels across the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities Solid technical understanding of application development and security controls Technical understanding of application development and security controls Preferred experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
