Sr. Information Security Business Strategist - USA Remote

The Sr. Information Security Business Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategic information security initiatives that align with business objectives and drive significant impact across the organization. This role offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge security projects and grow your expertise in both business strategy and information security. This position is part of the Corporate Information Security and will be located as Remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Develop and implement information security strategies that align with business goals + Conduct IAM assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating security risks + Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate security initiatives and their business value + Lead cross-functional teams in implementing IAM security programs and technologies + Analyze industry trends to proactively enhance the organization's IAM security posture The essential requirements of the job include: + Familiarity with administering directory services, Windows, and Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SailPoint, CyberArk and role-based access control (RBAC). + Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and security governance fundamentals. + Proven experience in preparing for and managing IT security audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS). + Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and ability to translate requirements into actionable controls. + 3+ years of related security systems administration with IAM solutions (SailPoint & CyberArk), and preferably some experience with endpoint, network, or application security solutions. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Implementing cloud security strategies in enterprise environments + Implementing IAM program governance At Danaher we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law: The salary range for this role is 160K-190K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
