Sr. Infra Developer


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Infra Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSA ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management ServiceNow Orchestration and ServiceNow Scripting. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITSA to ensure efficient service management.Implement and manage ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management to streamline business processes.Utilize ServiceNow Orchestration to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.Write and maintain scripts in ServiceNow Scripting to customize and enhance platform functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure minimal downtime.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Develop and implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in all ServiceNow implementations.Create and maintain documentation for all developed solutions and processes.Train and mentor junior developers to build a strong and knowledgeable team.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITSA with proven experience in service management.Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management to streamline and automate business processes.Have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration to enhance workflow automation.Show proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting to customize and extend platform capabilities.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a proactive approach to learning and staying current with new technologies.Demonstrate experience in mentoring and training junior developers.Show a commitment to following best practices and maintaining system security.Be capable of creating comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles.
