Overview Support Asia innovation success Directly manage or support, under the manager’s mentorship, innovative projects focused primarily on footwear product and manufacturing Support the creation of an innovation culture across the Crocs Asia teams and across the supplier’s network Work closely with various functional departments, within and outside of Crocs organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, materials, design, development and others This role requires a flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives What You'll Do Direct management or support to projects with a specific focus on consumer-facing product innovation, in particular for molded footwear products Direct management or support to projects focused on innovative and radical manufacturing processes to be deployed at the T1 or T2 factories aiming at cost-saving, labor reduction or process simplification Drive the scaling of qualified innovations by working with cross-functional Crocs partners and with the suppliers Pro-actively research new technologies among T1 and T2 suppliers, tradeshows and parallel industries, in order to map the technology landscape in Asia and inspire the Innovation and Design Teams on new insights Create and maintain project schedules within our PLM system to ensure timely completion of all tasks for innovation projects DELIVERABLES AND INDICATORS (KPIS) Proven ability to work well cross-functionally Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills Ability to lead virtual teams and manage complex projects Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once What You'll Bring to the Table

Education:

Bachelor or equivelent qualification

Experience:

Prior experience in innovation, plastic molding, manufacturing, product development, or related fields a strong plus

Knowledge:

Project development, problem solving, innovation creative thinking;

Interpersonal Skill:

Good at communicating with people
