Sr. Integrated Demand Marketing Specialist
Description

We are seeking an Integrated Campaign & Demand Generation Specialist to serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Email Marketing at Gigamon. This pivotal role involves planning and executing engaging programmatic marketing and demand generation initiatives, leveraging modern email marketing technologies in integration with other digital omni-channels.

On-Demand Weekly Calendar : Oversee and manage a weekly on-demand email calendar, aligning with program and campaign teams to maximize the impact of email efforts to support business objectives and target strategies.Always-On Nurturing Program : Optimize nurturing email engines to increase engagement by scaling personalization through account-based and persona-driven strategies, maximizing impact, relevance, and alignment with customers’ buying journeys.Email Engine : Streamline and enhance automation opportunities by optimizing Marketo’s capabilities to boost the relevance and effectiveness of email outreach.Programs Optimization - quarterly fine-tuning campaigns using data and performance metrics. Content Optimization - leverage AI platforms and engines to make ongoing adjustments to content based on real-time metrics such as engagement, conversions, and audience behavior. Utilize AI to scale personalization efforts, ensuring content resonates more effectively with target audiences and improves overall campaign performance.Coordination with Program and Campaign Teams - ensures alignment between program/campaign managers, content creators, and other stakeholders by streamlining workflows and ensuring consistent messaging across all email marketing efforts.Automation - Leverage Marketo to automate email workflows to increase efficiency and scale personalized communication across relevant audiences using A/B tests and more advanced Marketo capabilities.Integration - Integrating email campaigns with other channels (e.g., paid social, SEM) to trigger actions to enable cross-channel communication and support a seamless, multi-channel customer experience, improving engagement and conversions.Data Excellence – as the primary channel leveraging internal data sources, this role will also oversee and support marketing operations in continuously improving and maintaining data sources for optimal performance.KPIs - Constantly track and analyze key email metrics, focusing on traditional KPIs and how emails drive web engagement and conversions, providing deeper insights into their overall impact.  What You’ve Done: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Email Marketing with proven expertise in Marketo.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft concise and engaging copy.Demonstrated experience and proven project management skills, delivering results on time and within scope.Familiar with AI tools and platforms for scaling personalization through email campaigns.Proven experience in crafting engaging email content that aligns closely with creative strategies.Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.).A strong customer-centric mindset, understanding the importance of clarity and user experience in marketing communications.Experience with marketing automation software (Marketo) and CRM software (Salesforce).Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Slack.Background in a B2B software marketing team, with hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.  Who You Are: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually seeking to learn and improve marketing strategies.Inquisitive, creative, organized, and curious, with a passion for optimizing customer experiences.Detail-oriented and proactive, able to navigate challenges and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.Collaborative team player, capable of aligning with various stakeholders and functions to achieve common goals.Experienced in developing and executing marketing programs that drive engagement and generate leads.
