Your Role at Delta Faucet

Delta Faucet is seeking an expert logistics and customs compliance professional looking to deliver results by implementing solutions that support the company's cost, service, growth, and compliance strategic objectives. The Senior International Logistics Specialist provides strategic, tactical, and analytical support to facilitate the flow of foreign sourced component and finished good products into Delta Faucet Company’s North American Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customs compliance and international logistics, coupled with the ability to achieve results through building strong partnerships. You will work closely with external partners such as suppliers, freight forwarders, ocean carriers, customs brokers, and other import service providers, as well as with internal functional areas including Operations, Finance, Information Systems, International Sales, and Customer Solutions.Manage the creation and tracking of performance indicators and measurements for International Logistics and Customs Compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and minimize errors.Be responsible for all aspects of the International Logistics cycle, implementing standard methodologies for compliance and financial reporting.Cultivate an effective working relationship with International Freight Forwarders, suppliers, and Asia teams to ensure efficient logistics outcomes regarding scheduling, pickups, visibility, and deliveries.Lead complex logistics projects, including new market entries and risk mitigation contingency plans.Ensure adherence to Customs Compliance programs and trade compliance regulations while finding opportunities to mitigate risk and tariff exposure.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and support the implementation of vital updates to internal policies.Estimated travel is 10% and fluctuates based on project and business needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business-related field degree such as a B.S. or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of related logistics experience is required, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.Extensive knowledge of transportation and distribution systems and database applications (ERP/MRP).Strong understanding of international and domestic freight management across all modes.In-depth knowledge of customs compliance regulations and import/export processes.Analytical problem-solver that is adaptive to changing and multiple priorities.Strong strategic approach, effective negotiator, influencer with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent planner, detailed oriented, organized and strong project management skills.Shown self-starter who can work independently in ambiguous situations.Ability to mentor and provide empowerment to team members allowing them to achieve their best.Effective communicator across all organizational levels, with active listening skills and the ability to understand varied perspectives.Customs brokerage license or willingness to acquire one preferred.

Hiring Range: $86,500.00 - $135,850.00
