Roles and Responsibilities: Know the product and service offered Know the offer of products and services related to IT Service Offerings and InfrastructureKnow the operation of the products and services offeredKnow the procedure of developing needs for all products and services offered Know the competitive differentiators of the products and services offered Build your own book of businessMaintain Salesforce hygiene for opportunities and forecasting Drive new customer revenue growthPrepare prospecting/submissions for existing customers and/or prospects customersDesign presentation documents (Proposal, analysis, comparison, spreadsheet, report)Solicit new clientsEngage in prospecting activities for net new customersTry alternative strategies when failing to reach or obtain business meeting with prospectsEngage in needs development activities with prospects and offer recommendations.Achieve sales resultsMaintain a bank of prospectsEngage in commercial activities allowing the qualification of profitable business opportunitiesPerform strategic follow-ups according to the purchasing cycle of prospects and existing customersInfluence a customer's purchasing criteriaManage objections and obstacles Negotiate profitable agreementsParticipate in training programs to keep up-to-date knowledge of solutions and products offered by the company
Qualifications: Must be fluent in FrenchA good knowledge of English is required, as this role requires regular communication in English with clients and staff located in other provinces and the United StatesMinimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development positionExperience in the IT Industry and/or the manufacturing space (an asset)Proven track record of achieving sales targets Valid Drivers License to commute throughout the territory
