Key Responsibilities:

Administer IT Business Applications Manage end users issues and education requests Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity Identify usage problems and craft functional (for end users) and technical communication plans to remedy issues Review, Establish and Maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Work with management in analyzing problems, providing solutions, or recommending corrective action and implementing solutions Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex functionality Work with internal key-stakeholders to take advantage of all that offers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide
training and one on one support end users Excellent documentation skills Ability to multitask with multiple projects and helpdesk requests. Experience with extensive data cleansing projects in the past
