What You'll Do
As a Sr. IT Project Manager, you will:

Manage critical IT projects, including infrastructure and ERP applications, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Provide comprehensive IT portfolio reporting across P&R companies.Lead cross-functional and third-party project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules, maintaining accountability for results.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive management and stakeholders.Execute project management standards in alignment with Marmon Corporate PMO and identify areas for continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

Proven experience leading complex IT projects in dynamic environments.Familiarity with PPM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet) and methodologies.Strong skills in change and risk management, situational leadership, and decision-making.PMP certification (preferred) and the ability to travel (up to 50%).Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms and collaborate across diverse teams.
