 We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing infrastructure projects and extensive experience in vendor management. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise to lead complex projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions. Experience with Nutanix or other hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) technologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating the challenges of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, data center migrations, and security initiatives.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, software developers, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication with senior leadership, project sponsors, and team members.Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and compliance requirements.Facilitate change management activities and coordinate training and support for end-users and operational teams.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices.Opportunity to help build and shape a PM practice from the ground up Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a senior project management role.PMP,or other relevant project management certification required.Experience working directly with external partners and ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and scope / change management.Technical SkillsIn-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or equivalent software.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices is preferred.Soft SkillsExceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to independently lead project meetings and drive schedules and budgets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Preferred Qualifications Background in working with large Infrastructure teams and managing vendor relationships.
