Ability to build a strong team and keep them motivated. Extensive experience in cross-matrix projects. Resumes should show this by indicating number of groups involved in project. Hands-on budget management of budgets greater than $3 million. Resumes should show budget for project. PM must be hands-on with schedule, show dependencies, have a greater than average skill set in MS Project. PM should have good vendor management skills. Responsibilities: This job requisition is for a "Domestic" position in ATL.  Airline experience a plus. PM should have 10 years experience of Application Development projects. Typical experience managing cross-matrix projects required. PM needs to put together a solid project schedule and budget and be able to speak to Director, Program Manager and other PMs about dependencies, predecessor tasks, always prepared to answer somewhat detailed questions.
