Main Tasks / 主要任务

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Solution DeliveryTechnical design and implementation of functionalities in H5 web apps, Tecent WeChat and WeCom apps (hands-on coding required! ~ 90-100%)Support required development, maintenance, code reviews and refactoring of our applications, WeCom applications and Mini Programs landscapeGuidance to ensure digital product security, reliability, scalability and performance as an expertUnderstand and drive by Project management methodology: PMP, Agile or DevOps.Applications supportTier 2 support for Greater China applications front-end issuesInvestigate issues, debug and fix code defectsConstantly optimize front-end user experience and response speed to ensure compatibilityOther IT responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor (or above) degree in computer science or equivalent.

Experience / 经验

At least 5 years experience as a front-end developerAt least 3 years of experience with WeChat, WeCom and/or Mini Program developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript and at least master a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular).Strong CSS skills and experience with building responsive and cross-brower compatible HTML5 ap-plicationsAbility to understand business requirements, collaborate with UI / UX designers and translate the requirements into a high-quality digital productFundamental knowledge of back-end coding (Node.js or C#/.NET) and databases (SQL Server, Redis, …)Experience with Git and development tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, NPM, etc.Experience in working with an agile methodology and DevOps lifecycleAble to use and integrate RESTful APIs, solid understanding of REST architecture, micro-frontend architecture, common SE design patternsExperience with unit / UI testing is a plusExperience in leading a technical team is a plus
