Job Description
An employer in Houston, TX is looking for a Sr. IT Support Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting 2000+ end users and be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, setting up and imaging employees new laptops and desktops, backing up data, moving machines from one domain to the next, and managing their ticket system. Candidate will also be helping upgrade memory and SSD drives along with replacing outdated hardware. This candidate must also have previous experience supporting C-level executives and have hands on experience setting up and supporting AV equipment for conference meetings. This individual must be comfortable interfacing with users both in person and remotely. Candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a great customer service attitude. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a pay range of $30-35/hr.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years experience in an IT/Desktop Support role
Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
Experience supporting Active Directory
Hands on AV troubleshooting and support experience
Strong understanding and knowledge supporting MS Office suite products
Migration experience (ideally Win 10 to Win 11)
Experience re-imagining PCs PC build out/hardware experience
Excellent written and verbal communication Previous O&G Industry experience null
