You Are:

UST is looking for a Sr. Kinaxis Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response planning solution. The ideal candidate should have experience in Kinaxis project implementation and support, end-to-end knowledge of the S&OP process, preferably for consumer product manufacturing, and experience with system integration between Kinaxis and SAP systems.

·       Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation to provide the highest quality support to the client

·       Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development

·       Working with offshore developers to deliver custom solutions as needed.

·       Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       3+ years experience with Kinaxis Rapid response

·       7+ years experience with S&OP planning

·       SAP ECC and S/HANA system integration experience preferred

·       Degree in computer science, engineering science or equal education

·       Ability to work with global team to provide 24/7 support to client

·       Openness to working weekends and off business hours when required to respond to issues.

·       Ability to travel to client locations if required

·       English speaking and writing

·       Background in Kinaxis Rapid Response 

·       Experience in S&OP system administration and support

·       Knowledge of Azure Data Factory

·       Basic knowledge of SQL

·       The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical

·       Willingness to work with and train team members in Kinaxis Rapid Response

·       Ability to identify and respond to potential problems early before it impacts the client

·       Strong communication skills, able to explain difficult technical issues and solutions to business users and executives who are not technically inclined.  

                                                                       

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:   $107,000-$161,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
